The store had a very nice variety of furniture. Several pieces that I loved. I found the sectional that fit my needs. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They let me take home fabric samples for the couch and pillows to make sure it worked in the room. I highly recommend and will do more shopping in the future with them. They also have some really nice art work.

We have purchased furniture from Town & Country over the past several years. We go back because they do not disappoint. We were on a search for a recliner for my husband. It needed to be perfect. He tried many. Sandy sent us to the warehouse for the one she thought might meet the wish list. After moving many boxes, forklifting the item down, unboxing and assembling the recliner my husband loved it. They will deliver it. That is why we continue to go back to Town & Country. Not to mention that the woman who drove the forklift was impressive maneuvering it around that crowded warehouse.

We purchased a recliner and several other pieces. Within a week, the seat on the recliner began to sag and collapse when you sat on it. A few weeks later, they delivered a loveseat and we showed the delivery men the recliner problem. They sat on it and took pictures showing how badly it sagged. We followed up with a phone call to our salesman and he said they were aware and said that Angie in the service department would follow up on it. We never heard from Angie. The salespeople there must be her buffer for phone calls because she never answered her phone. We left numerous voice messages with no response. We drove to the store from Murphy and of course Angie was not there. The salesman checked the computer and told us the seat bottom was there, and Angie would call to set up a time for the service call. Of course Angie never called. We called and left a voice message again. Now we just want a refund. I don't want to do business with such an unscrupulous company. This has been going on since early June. Buyer beware.

Love this store! Awesome staff - very friendly and knowledgeable. I want to refurnish my entire home every time I walk in. They have furniture for every price point. Options are endless. It's my go to for furniture but they also have nice art, area rugs and accessories for your home.

We have been purchasing furniture from Town and Country since we moved to Blue Ridge in 1998. Their highly qualified sales persons and high end products have made shopping for furniture an easy and relaxing experience. We have purchased furnishings for our personal home as well as 2 rental cabins. Our latest shopping experience was for new sofas for our home. Our sales person Kathy was friendly, empathetic and totally related to our family dynamics of grandchildren, 2 dogs and 3 cats. She skillfully guided us to the perfect sofa and loveseat that suits our needs and tastes. A great experience indeed!

Brian, salesperson, worked with us, since we were out of state, to help secure the exact couch and loveseat that we wanted. Much to our surprise it was delivered 2 weeks before expected. Originally we shopped at Ashley Furniture in Florida, found what we wanted, and then called Town and Country Furniture. Brian was able to beat Ashley’s sale price and doing so also was able to have it delivered to our cabin in Blue Ridge. It was a great way for part time residents to shop and secure furniture for our cabin.

This is our 2nd time coming back to shop for furniture. We bought a dresser, Chest of drawers and two night stands. The sales lady Sandy White was very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. The hardest part was picking out the color. Can’t wait to receive it!!

You will never find a better store than this! They go above and beyond when it pertains to customer service and their knowledge is extensive! I bought a Viking barbecue, which caught quite a bit of money and the Viking did nothing to assist me on operation. The owners daughter from Town And Country Came out and even brought our husband to go over the procedure on the barbecue. They also saw a green egg and her husband, which is totally amazing went over how to use that also because I had no knowledge whatsoever on either barbecue... I forgot to mention that we just moved to thishouse from Chicago. I never got customer service like this from any store in my 62 years of life. Kristen.. the owner's daughter couldn't be nicer and she gave my wife all the places to go to in Georgia as well as the surrounding area that we live in. I don't write too many reviews, but once something stands out above everything else these wonderful folks in this beautiful and wonderful store need to have a call out! By the best store I've ever ever been to when it comes to customer service knowledge and selection. I think you will find the same once you go there. Tell them that Bob B sent you!

Brian was fantastic! He answered all of my questions and made sure they had what I was looking for in-stock and in my price range. Their staff and delivery drivers are super friendly and helpful and I would recommend them again and again. Their inventory isn't too shabby either!
