This is a glamorous refrigerator with so much room. It™€™s very easy to organize and clean! The ice maker is quick to refill and the water dispenser can accommodate a 32 oz. Water bottle for filling. It has replaced our other Frigidaire Gallery of 13 years that still works great, but we wanted to upgrade and we did!! Very excited to have this fridge in our kitchen for many years to come!!

My wife and I unfortunately needed to replace our previous fridge we had from LG after only 6 years, as it stopped cooling, and after several repair attempts, it couldn't be repaired. We decided we'd go with a different brand that we hope is much more reliable. So far, we actually like this Frigidaire model much more than our previous LG, which had a similar profile. We find it actually fits way more food, and our fruits/vegetables definitely last a lot longer with the special compartments in the Frigidaire for that with that filtering system. There also is a lot more ice produced as well, which in a family with 4 kids, is very much needed. Overall, we are exceptionally pleased.The only downside is the LG was almost silent, whereas this fridge does have a low humming sound.

I can tell a lot of thought went into the design of this fridge. We love the extra drawer for deli meats that is accessible without opening the main drawers. The bins on the door are easily adjustable and versatile. The top shelf has a small area that can drop down to fit taller objects and see things in the back more easily. We especially love the small snack zones with sliding glass for easy storage of snacks for the kids. Would be hard to go back to our old Samsung fridge after having this one!

Still monitoring Freezer Temp

We love the new French door refrigerator. My only concern is the freezer temp. I placed two different thermometers in it and so far, to get them to read 1-degree F, I have set the freezer to -4-degrees. Today I will lower the setting to -5 to see if I can obtain a 0-degree reading. I think the max. low temp that I can set the freezer to is -6. Hoping to be able to attain and maintain a 0-degree reading. I may end up having to call tech support if not.

This modern was recommended over others by the very knowledgeable sales associate at the orange bucket store. Would rate it 5 stars except for the fact it is noisier than what it replaced. LOVE the convertible middle drawer (refrigerator or freezer) and the air filters for the produce drawers which do seem to make the produce last longer. The icemaker quit working in July. We purchased our Gallery refrigerator in May. So far, even with the warranty it has not been repaired. The icemaker was replaced but that did not solve the problem. I do like the layout of the refrigerator and other than the icemaker failure it has worked well and looks very sleek in my kitchen.

We love out new Frigidaire Gallery fridge. It came a little dinged up but worked with Lowe's and they got a new one sent out. Love the lighting and room of this fridge. It is quiet, which is great because we opended up a wall to our living room. The fridge is smudge proof, except on the handles (not sure why), and magnetic so you can hang stuff on it if you choose. Really like that you can open the one door and still use the ice or water maker w/o it shutting off. We really like the 3rd drawer to designate for meat, drinks or snacks. We have turned ours into a cheese drawer, because why not. The water for the dispenser comes out in a strong flow. We disliked our old fridge because it trickled out and we used more water bottles because we didn't want to wait. The ice from our new fridge is made in small cubes, which I really like as well. I haven't even used the crushed ice option yet because I like the smaller cubes so much. Its not quite as small as the chick-fil-a cubes but if you like that, you know what I'm talking about. We have only had the fridge for a month but overall a great buy and would suggest to anyone looking for a new fridge.

I've never had such a large capacity refrigerator! I've only ever had the smallest capacity side by side models due to the space in my kitchen. But, I recently remodeled so this refrigerator fits. And, wow! It feels like such a luxury not to have to find a spot to wedge in the groceries or platters of food! I love it so far!! I've been warned not to buy models with an icemaker in the fridge but I went for this model anyway, because I loved it so much! So, only time will tell if it will last. But, so far, it's great and I love it!

Do not buy - Service is non-existent and you will be stuck with a broken fridge

DO NOT BUY. I bought this through Lowes and the icemaker didn't work. Lowes tells you to contact Frigidaire which I did. They scheduled the first repair with a company that doesn't do warranty repairs. The 2nd company was scheduled for 3 weeks later. They canceled on the day of the repair and rescheduled for another month out... I called Lowes and you have to return or replace the fridge within 24 hours or your stuck with the OEM support even if the OEM can't get a repair in an acceptable amount of time then they hung up on me while I was waiting for a manger. So a brand new fridge and if I'm lucky it will be function more than 2 months after purchase. This is beyond insane and both Frigidaire and Lowes should be ashamed of this poor service. And before I get a "we'd love to help" message to this review, I have contacted you and the above is what I got...In addition to a non-functional fridge, the compressor is louder than my 20 year old builder-grade fridge that it replaced. I'm extremely dissatisfied across the board.

Love our new fridge. Very quiet, tons of room and great lighting. Like the flexible middle drawer which allows for freezer or fridge temperatures. Coming from a side by side the upper fridge compartment is huge by comparison. The ice cubes are a little small and the water dispenser is a bit slower than our old GE unit but these are the only dings to an otherwise well thought out model.

Great internal shelf design

We bought this to replace an LG that suffered linear compressor death. Although the capacity on this fridge is definitely less than the 29 cu. ft. I'd come to rely on, it has delivered on overall shelf design everything is somehow very accessible), faster water delivery (same 1/4 in water line as previous fridge), and lots of little features such as reversible drawers, and see through freezer drawers. The delivery was a little bit of a hassle. Normally, for a narrow doorways you can just remove the drawers and doors, but the engineers on this fridge really gave up: you need to remove the wheels in the front as well, so you basically have to disassemble the whole thing. But minus that small one time inconvenience, it's a great fridge. You can even stick magnets on the front of it, even though it has a stainless finish!

Our old refrigerator lasted for over 12 years and it finally quit working. My wife and looked at several refrigerators in several different businesses and cities. We decided to purchase the Frigidaire Gallery, 4 door, 26.3 cubic foot refrigerator from Gt. Bend Appliance in Gt. Bend Kansas. Delivery was fast and they installed the refrigerator and hooked up the ice maker and water dispenser. The refrigerator cooled down and the freezer took a little longer, but it works perfectly. The ice maker works great and the water dispenser works great as well. I should mention that this review comes after the refrigerator has been installed over 1 month ago. We have not experienced any of the problems that have been reported in previous reviews and our refrigerator has worked perfectly. I would recommend this refrigerator.

Great so far!

I am struggling with how the shelves go in to be used properly. We seemed to have lost the instructions and figured out everything else. We love the flex (snack) drawer. I did have to unplug and plug the controls back in to get it going. I am hoping the filters are easy to find when it is time to buy new ones.
